When I started working with Zach I felt burnt out on tracking, frustrated at knowing what to do but not being able to do it, and caught in a cycle of all-or-nothing dieting.

From the get-go, Zach really took the time to understand my goals and tailor his approach - whether it was strategies for work travel, ways to fuel without dedicating half my weekend to meal prep, and ensuring that I took the time to reflect when plans went awry or an unexpected challenge came up. I compete in a weight-class sport and moving down 2 classes without losing strength was also super-important.

After achieving my weight-class goals I spent about 6 months being coached at maintenance calories and this truly was a game-changer. I’ve lost and regained the same 50 pounds a handful of times, but I’ve never intentionally eaten to maintain and I learned so much from Zach. No more anxiety about weigh-ins because I understand the regular day-to-day weight fluctuations, easing into more flexible tracking without going off the rails, knowing my minimums when life gets overwhelming, and simply cementing my confidence that I can.

  • Each coach on our KLN team brings unique expertise, experiences, and coaching styles to the table. While we each have specific areas of focus, we all work with a wide range of clients with diverse goals and lifestyles. You can read more about each coach by clicking on their photo above to find someone who resonates with you, and I always do my best to give the best suggestion possible based on your goals, preferences, and personality.

  • Sustainable change takes time, and we want to ensure that both you and your coach are fully committed to the process. A 6 or 12-month commitment allows us to navigate life’s natural ebbs and flows—from holidays to busy seasons—so you can build skills and habits that last. Most clients work with us for 12-13 months on average, but this minimum ensures we can set a solid foundation for your long-term success.

  • We use macro tracking as a starting tool to help you understand your eating habits, but it’s not the only tool. While we typically begin with tracking, we also incorporate other strategies outside of tracking to ensure your nutrition supports your goals and lifestyle long term. Ultimately, tracking is just one piece of the puzzle, and our goal is for you to come out of our coaching relationship without needing to track.

  • Absolutely! We work with individuals with a variety of goals, including building muscle, improving strength and performance, maintaining weight, improving daily energy levels. and more. More than anything, we’ve helped hundreds of individuals rebuild their relationship with food after years of dieting.

  • We provide highly individualized coaching. From your initial questionnaire, we’re taking into account not just your goals, but your overall lifestyle, challenges, eating preferences, and dieting history. Every Macro Roadmap we create is specific to you, all guidance we share is based on what will be most feasible for you and your lifestyle, and we never use templated responses. Because we have frequent communication, we can always make adjustments to strategy, recommendations, or resources based on what you have going on in your life.

 

 
 
I have always had an uncomfortable relationship with food and nutrition. This has led to fluctuations in my weight and, as much as I hate to admit it, my fluctuations in my confidence.

I started becoming more and more active and saw some improvement but I still wasn’t happy with where I was. That’s until I started KLN with Coach Diana! Since that time I have had an >20lb weight loss in about 6 months and I’ve been able to keep it off and then some.
