HERE’S WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE:

 
 

YOU’LL START BY FILLING OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE

You’ll set up your client portal where you will submit payment, fill out your questionnaire, and submit weekly updates. You’ll fill out a questionnaire giving your coach important details which will help them create a Macro Plan that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences.


GET SET UP WITH YOUR MACRO PLAN

Your coach will create your initial macro plan that includes your individualized macro targets, your meal template, introductory resources and additional insight addressing any concerns mentioned in your questionnaire.


START TRACKING

Tracking your food helps you improve awareness of the makeup of your food and in turn helps you create positive eating habits that you can practice throughout your life. It is not just a way to lose a few quick pounds, but a lifestyle change that allows you to develop a healthier relationship with food while seeing long term, sustainable results.


CHECK IN

Each week you will check in with your coach through your client portal. Your update will include updated photos, measurements, and a weekly summary. Your client portal streamlines this process, allowing your update to be completed easily from your phone and automatically syncing with your MFP data.


STAY IN TOUCH

Accountability is important, so you are always welcome to reach out to your coach whenever you have a question or just need a little boost of motivation!

There are plenty of macro calculators out there that can give you target macros based on your activity level, but we believe in a more personalized approach. A diet will only be successful if you can stick to it consistently, so we consider many factors when coming up with a macro plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

IS FLEXIBLE NUTRITION RIGHT FOR ME?

We don’t believe in a one size fits all dietary approach. While Flexible Nutrition can be effective for everyone, it may not be the right approach for you and your lifestyle and that is ok! It is a great option if you have specific goals and can put in the appropriate amount of time and effort in working towards those goals. We have seen individuals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds make incredible changes through Flexible Nutrition - from busy caretakers and working professionals to active students and elite athletes




HOW IS FLEXIBLE NUTRITION DIFFERENT THAN OTHER DIETS?

Flexible Nutrition is focused on breaking the traditional diet mentality of the need to restrict yourself from the foods you enjoy in order to work towards your goals. There are no “good” or “bad” foods, “clean” meals and “cheat” meals,  and no strict rules to follow. Flexible Nutrition allows you to eat the foods you want when you want them and helps you focus on building healthy habits as you do so.




IS THIS ONLY FOR THOSE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Absolutely not! Flexible Nutrition is a great strategy for any goal you are working towards. Maybe you are trying to gain muscle mass, maintain your weight and improve your daily energy, or focus more on performance-oriented goals. Flexible Nutrition will help you understand the appropriate amount to eat for those specific goals.




DOES FLEXIBLE NUTRITION MEAN I GET TO EAT JUNK FOOD ALL THE TIME?

Big nope! The idea behind Flexible Nutrition is that we step away from the idea of restricting ourselves from “bad” foods and eating only “clean” foods. That mentality rarely produces sustainable results. If you want a treat, a dessert, or a meal out, you can have it as long as you make it work within your macro goals. Eating only calorie-dense junk will probably not help you feel your best, so the focus should be on finding balance.
