Kate Lyman is a nutrition coach and educator and the founder of Kate Lyman Nutrition — a successful practice she’s built over 11 years. With a Master’s in Public Health focused on behavioral health and nutrition education, Kate also has multiple certifications in pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause coaching.
Known for evidence-led, behavior-focused coaching, Kate helps busy professionals balance careers, families, and health goals with sustainable nutrition strategies.
