My biggest frustration before working with Diana was that I did not feel in control of my body. Every day I would think negatively about my body and how I should try to lose weight.

When I started working with Diana, I found the process of tracking macros so freeing. I learned that I did not have to remove anything I loved from my diet to be successful in fat loss.

I have learned so much and have a much healthier relationship with my body now. I get more excited about my progress in the gym than the number on the scale and that has been a game changer. I have learned that my health is so much more than how much I weigh and I have seen so many benefits outside of weight loss.

Weight loss does not have to be stressful and complicated- it is actually more simple than I ever thought with the right coaching and help. I am just 4 months into this journey (and 26 pounds down so far), but I have gained knowledge and understanding about my body that I will use the rest of my life. I am excited about my weight loss, but more proud and excited over how much better I feel mentally.
